1. How long is your delivery time?
Usually it takes 3o-45 days after receiving the deposit. The actual delivery date is depends on the order quantity.
2. Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
Yes. OEM/ODM production is acceptable.
3. Sample available or not?
Yes, sample is available for final evaluation, will charge a certain sample fee , when receiving the bulk order we will refund the sample fee.
4. What is your terms of package?
Generally, clear plastic bag(for stretching sink) or cloth bag(for handmade sink), paperboard for each 1pc, then 5pcs into a master carton, however, can also be customized according to your requirement.
5. What is your payment terms?
Usually T/T, 30% deposit after confirming the order, the balance should be paid before delivery or loading.
L/C at sight is also acceptable.
